This is very Western Oriented. So allow me to add some South Asian manly men. A lot of fashion in the past involved jewelry, pearls, fancy robes, gold-embroidery, and colorful garments.
And speaking as a South Asian, let’s add some more modern manly men.
There’s a ton of cultures out there where men wear garments that might be considered dresses or skirts
